These Terms apply to your access to and use of GreenArmorSystem at https://greenarmorsystem.it.com/ (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you confirm that you accept them and agree to be bound by them. Where you do not accept them, you should not use the Site.
1. Definitions
"We", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Site. "You" refers to any visitor to the Site. "Content" means all text, images, layout and other material published on the Site.
2. Nature of the Site and of the Content
The Site publishes editorial buying guides and product research. It is not a retailer, a manufacturer, an agent for any seller, or a product testing organisation.
All recommendations are opinions derived from documentary sources: manufacturer-published specifications, the details appearing on retailers’ live listings, and customer reviews from verified purchasers. They do not constitute a representation that any product has been physically examined.
3. Licence to use the Content
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to view the Content and reproduce it for personal, non-commercial use.

4. No advice and no reliance

Any contract of sale is concluded between you and the relevant retailer, and payment, delivery, returns, refunds, guarantees and warranty claims lie exclusively between you and that retailer. We hold no record of any such transaction and have no power to affect it.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Those sites are outside our control; we do not endorse them and accept no responsibility for their content, products, practices or availability. You access them at your own risk and on their own terms.
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Content, copyright included, belong to their respective owners and are reserved. Trade marks, brand names and product images referred to on the Site remain the property of their owners and appear here for the purposes of identification and commentary only.
10. Acceptable use
You must not: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; disrupt its operation or another user’s access to it; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any connected system; or introduce malicious code of any kind.
11. User-submitted content
Where comments or other submissions are enabled, you remain responsible for what you submit. Submissions must not be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading or infringing of anyone’s rights. Submitting material grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit or delete it. 16. General
Should any provision be found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Together with the Privacy Policy and the Affiliate Disclosure, these Terms form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Site.

We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. The date at the top identifies the current version. Use of the Site after publication amounts to acceptance of the amendment.
